We built this place because a banana at its ripest — spotted, sweet, five minutes from being tossed out — is the most underrated ingredient in the kitchen. Every dish here is built to catch that moment.

We R Bananas LLC is a Massachusetts-registered restaurant based in East Bridgewater, run day to day by manager Jessica Moscardelli and a small team who source fruit at peak ripeness and cook everything to order. No freezers full of pre-made batter, no shortcuts on the sauce.
What started as a weekend farm-stand banana bread table has grown into a full menu — but the rule hasn't changed: if it doesn't taste like the best banana you've had all week, it doesn't go on the menu.
